How we work in your home
We agree on the full scope and price in writing before anything comes apart, so the final price is the price you signed off on. During the work, we protect the surrounding areas, keep the site in order day to day, and keep you informed as the room takes shape. A kitchen is one of the bigger rooms to be without, so we plan the sequence with you and work to a schedule — we'd rather do the whole project properly than rush it.
Materials & Finishes: A kitchen lives or dies on the cabinets and counters, so we take the time to get them right. We walk you through cabinetry, countertop materials — quartz, granite, or laminate — hardware, and finishes: what looks good, what holds up to daily use, and what's worth spending on for the way you cook. You make the choices with the full picture in front of you, and owner-supplied items (appliances or a fixture you've chosen yourself) are noted clearly in the estimate so you always know what's included and what isn't.
