We agree on the full scope and price in writing before anything comes apart, so the final price is the price you signed off on. We handle the permit, book the inspections, and keep the site in order while we work. A finished basement runs a few weeks once the plan and permit are in place — and because the work that matters most is hidden, we'd rather do it right than rush what gets covered up.
Materials & Finishes: In a basement, the choices that matter most are the ones you don't see — moisture control, insulation, and how the space is framed off the foundation. We walk you through those along with the finishes you do see: flooring suited to below-grade rooms, lighting that lifts the space, and trim that matches the rest of the house. You make the choices with the full picture in front of you, and owner-supplied items are noted clearly in the estimate so you always know what's included and what isn't.
