We renovate bathrooms the other way: we plan the layout and finishes with you first, agree on a clear written scope and price, and build it to last. And because it's usually your main bathroom being torn apart, we keep the site clean and in order every day, so you can still live in your home while we work.

How we work in your home
We agree on the full scope and price in writing before anything comes apart, so the final price is the price you signed off on. During the work, we protect the surrounding areas, clean the site at the end of each day, and keep you informed as the room takes shape. A custom bathroom usually takes around three weeks — we'd rather take on a whole project and finish it properly than rush a patch job.
Materials & Finishes: The finishes are where a bathroom earns its place in a nice home, so we take the time to get them right — including the parts you don't see, like proper waterproofing behind the tile. We walk you through tile, fixtures, vanities, and hardware: what looks good, what holds up, and what's worth spending on for the way you'll use the room. You make the choices with the full picture in front of you, and owner-supplied items (a vanity, sink, or faucet you've chosen yourself) are noted clearly in the estimate so you always know what's included and what isn't.
