We start by walking the property with you, room by room — listening to your goals and pointing out where the value is and where it isn't. You get a clear, written sense of what the work would cost, with no pressure to proceed. Many of the homeowners we consult for go on to have us do the work, but you're free to take the advice and use it however you like.
Design & materials guidance: The part clients tell us they value most is the time we take on design and materials — helping you choose a layout and finishes that suit the home and your budget before any money is spent.
