We agree on the full scope and price in writing before anything comes apart, so the final price is the price you signed off on. During the work, we protect the surrounding areas, clean the site at the end of each day, and keep you informed as the room takes shape. A custom bathroom usually takes around three weeks — we'd rather take a whole project and finish it properly than rush a patch job.
Materials & Finishes: The finishes are where a bathroom earns its place in a nice home, so we take the time to get them right. We walk you through tile, fixtures, vanities, and hardware — what looks good, what holds up, and what's worth spending on for the way you'll use the room. You make the choices with the full picture in front of you. Owner-supplied items (a vanity, sink, or faucet you've chosen yourself) are noted clearly in the estimate so you always know what's included and what isn't.
